1.1 MobileLearners is an online learning system owned by MOBILELEARNERS PTE. LTD. (hereinafter, the “Company”, “We”, or “Us”), a private limited company incorporated on 9 March 2017 in Singapore, with registered office at 205 BEDOK NORTH STREET 1, #01-365 SINGAPORE (460205). The Company’s registration number is 201706650W.
1.2 The Policy shall be applied to the free and paid Services, including Primary Online Tuition and Primary Classroom Tuition provided by the Company. These Terms are to be read and acknowledged together with the Privacy Policy and any other relevant policies stated on the MobileLearners website (“Website”).
1.3 The Company holds the sole right to modify the Policy without prior permission from customers (“You” or “User” or “Users”) or the provision of advance notice to You. All Users are expected to check the Policy periodically and be up-to-date on them. All users who use the Products and Services provided by the Company must comply with the Policy, including but not limited to the compliance with the Policy even after alterations have been made.
2.1 The Company may collect certain information when Users interact with the System or Services.
2.2 The information collected is as follows:
(a) Information collected automatically based on the User’s visit to the Website, including but not limited to your device’s (computer, tablet, mobile phone etc.) internet protocol address, device and location identifiers, the content of cookies created by the Company and information about your interaction with the Website;
(b) Information that the User have entered in the Company’s online registration for the use of Services, including name, country, email address, contact number of the parent or legal guardian, as well as the child’s name, email address, contact number, schooling background and gender;
(c) Information that the User has provided by filling out relevant forms in the Website, including name and contact number in order to establish contact with the Company through the Website or System.
3.1 The Company uses the information provided by the Users for the following:
(a) Identification and verification of Users for administration purposes.
(b) System and site maintenance based on the information gathered to monitor and regulate online traffic and usage of the System based on changing customer needs.
(c) Demographic study of the Users based on the internal evaluation of payment made to the Company so as to keep records about the usage in the System.
(d) Communication with Users and others will be made with reference to the given information collected by the Company in emails, direct phone calls and social media platforms.
3.2 The Company will never provide the User’s information to Third Parties without your consent, except to the following or entities that were agreed to:
(a) affiliates or subsidiaries within MobileLearners;
(b) any agent acting as a representative of the Company;
(c) Third-Party service provides for payment or administration services in order to ensure the effective operation of the System and/or Website and/or Services rendered by the Company
4.1 The Company holds the right to all the content found in the System, Website and Services. These rights include but not limited to the logo, designs, pictures, information, online materials, videos found on the System and Website.
4.2 The Company holds the sole discretion to remove any post or material that is deemed obscene, offensive, unlawful or insensitive from the System.
